Pilates is my new favourite post the trekking and breath-work on hills. Prioritising mind-body connection always. You can’t make the most of your mind unless your body is keeping up and vice versa. And I love how Pilates gives an opportunity to develop different rhythms between breath and body. ❤️ It’s never monotonous. Feels like yoga with weights. Love it.
