Rukmini Vijayakumar Instagram – I love dancing when I have real people playing the music in the same space. I can’t explain why it’s so much better…. But it is!

After a few weeks off from performing, I’ll be on stage again on the 15th of May ,

First rehearsal is always a lot of stop and go, but thought I’d share some imperfect parts as well. This is the process. Will be much much better by the time we are on stage 😊

Rukmini Vijayakumar Instagram – There are some things that I’ve never spoken about. But as a majority of representations on social media are not reflective of many “real” things, I wanted to start talking about #wellness as a whole. It’s not easy to share and be vulnerable on a big platform like this. But I realise that there are many young girls going through problems of self acceptance. Many deal with esteem issues. If sharing my own insecurities, and my process of overcoming some of these problems will help others, I wanted to start doing that.

I am going to keep most of this content on my @ruks_wellness page. Since my @dancerukmini page deals with my performance work primarily.

There will be a lot on the body, inner growth, spiritual development, and learning to live wholesome life. It’s not like I’ve figured everything out. I’ve been learning about my place in this world, and am hoping to share some things that have helped me… with all of you.
