Sarasa Instagram – 人生がこんなに胸をいっぱいにしてくれるなんて😭 2018年、スペインのパエリアレストラン🥘「Escriba @escriba_japan 」の日本ローンチでDJをさせてもらったのですが、ここで親友のRodyさんを通してオーナー #JoanEscriba と出会ったのでした。この年は、もう一人の親友のサキコがSolanaを出産した年でもありました。👶
そして5年経った今、Solanaは私が自分の子供のように愛おしい存在になり👧、エスクリバは東京で一番最高なパエリア屋さんとなりました。しかし残念ながら、私は親友のロディさんを失い、Joanに直接伝えなければならないと感じていました。
私は、サキコとSolana４歳最後の日々を一緒に過ごすため、そしてロディさんの魂と一緒にJoanに会いに行くためにスペインに飛びました。
Solanaの5歳の誕生日は、お陰様で大好きな人達の魂で胸がいっぱいになった素敵な1日になりました。あと、ロディさんが、いまだに私の幸せの仕掛け人なんだ、と改めて思った。人生は予想外の幸運な偶然だらけだから、何があっても諦めないでください。幸せはいつもあなたの目の前にあって、進み続ければ、もっと沢山のいいことが起こるから。
最後になりましたが、Felipe Pantone @felipepantone がデザインしたJoanのカーボンカブ軽量飛行機が格好良すぎ！！ それの、Joanは飲食経営しながら、パイロットって…そんなことある？格好良すぎ！😂

So beautiful to know that life could make your heart so full😭 In 2018, I had the opportunity to DJ for the big Tokyo launch of the Spanish Paella restaurant, @xiringuitoescriba_barcelona . This was where I met the owner #JoanEscriba through my best friend Rody. This year was when my other best friend Sakiko gave birth to baby Solana.
Fast forward to 2023, Solana has become one of the most important little human in my life, Escriba became the best place to grab paella in Tokyo, and unfortunately I lost my best friend Rody where I felt like I had to tell Joan in person.
I decided to take a trip to fly to Spain to catch the last days of 4 years old Solana, and to see Joan, who Rody and I always talked about visiting him in his town one day. Solana’s 5th birthday was a beautiful day to remember with the spirits I love so much. Also even after his passing Rody keeps on making me happy about life, which I am so amazed by!
If you are reading this, I want to let you know that life will make sense in such serendipitous ways so don’t give up because the beauty in life is always right in front of you and there are so much more to come if you keep going.
