Shritama Mukherjee Instagram – I’ll be celebrating my 30th birthday in a few months and looking back I wouldn’t want to do anything differently. Coming from Kota, a small town in Rajasthan, entering the world of Indian television at the age of 17, deciding to start my own business at 23 and studying further to prep for it, starting a content platform @tgmlife at 25 and finally launching my own beauty brand @tgmbeauty_ at 28… This 29-year old girl has come a long way. It wasn’t easy but it was definitely worth every bit.  Today as I sit in my living room penning down this post, I’m trying to think what made all of this possible considering my not-so-out-there personality. I guess it’s the fact that I was always aware of my strengths and weaknesses and I observed people, drew inspiration from their lives and worked on myself every single day to be a little better than yesterday. I never gave up or gave in to situations. I took my time, did the work and stood back up on my feet every time I was knocked down by the challenges of life. I made sure I get what I want whether in my professional life or my personal life and I never shied away from doing the work it required to get there. P.S: Age is NOT just a number. It’s proof of your experiences, achievements, learnings, scars, healings, social, mental, emotional and spiritual growth. And I wish our generation can pave the way for the future generations to lead better, healthier, happier and even more successful lives. 😇 What happens when you turn 30???
