The land is so dry that plants cannot grow, so the Masai people depend on meat for sustenance. Despite this, they are making a name for themselves in society by educating themselves; I was impressed to see that they have schools nearby where both boys and girls attend. I noticed that many of them are highly motivated to study and do well, not just for the sake of their tribe but also for their country.
