Stephanie Bennett Instagram – Goodbye 2022. Though I recognize that I live a very privileged life and there were some very bright moments this year, there was also a lot of darkness. Mental health struggles are no joke, and this year was one of the most challenging years for me yet.
I think this is important to share as a reminder that what you see on social media is truly a highlight reel, and is in no way an accurate depiction of oneās life. So whatever youāre going through, just know that youāre not alone and to never compare your life to what you see online.
Iām immensely grateful for the bright moments of this year that carried me through the darkness. Marrying @sebastianjstewart was by far the brightest moment. There is really nothing like finding a partner and best friend who stands by you and believes in you.
