They taught me so much about the wonder of labour – which I’m embarrassed to say I knew absolutely nothing about. Being on the Ward changed me forever. It gave me an even deeper appreciation for how powerful women are, as well as how tirelessly midwives work – especially during this time – to safely help mamas bring life into the world.
