I’ve had more profound live performance experiences in that little collection of rooms on the lower east side than just about anywhere else on EARTH, both onstage and off. WE CAN’T AFFORD TO LET IT TURN INTO ANOTHER BRANCH OF CITIBANK OR WHATEVER. A bunch of Rockwood-loving musicians are pitching in (check out the schedule!), including Michael Daves and me, who are dusting off our manic little bluegrass duet with all proceeds going towards keeping our beloved Rockwood alive and well for many years and thousands of epic sets to come. LET’S DO THIS!!!
