“Carrie has been amazing. She took the time to make sure we were physically and emotionally comfortable. Even when I asked 20 questions in a row. She answered them all in understandable language and put my mind at ease. That level of communication is difficult to be informative but not condescending. Her upbeat professionalism promotes the feeling of healing and a “I can do this attitude.”
