Christopher, I know you don’t have social media, and maybe you’re mom will read this to you today, but that’s not why I’m writing this. Social media doesn’t disappear, so maybe in 10 or 15 years when you can better understand the statements I’m going to write below, you can look back on this and REALLY appreciate and absorb how much of an impact you’ve already had on me and my life.
If you told me a few years back that I would care immensely what an 8 year thought about me, I wouldn’t have believed you. It seems strange the turns life takes, but they have lead me places I didn’t know I needed so badly. You and your mother are one of those those turns. Not long ago it was me making trips home to visit your mom. Now I come home as excited to see you as I am to see her. I think the world of you bud, and I want you to have the best Birthday ever!
