Greetings from waking up in a parking lot in New Haven, CT. Everything is free now. Every day I wake up, humming a song. I’m happy I still get to connect to the same looping feeling how a song can make you feel wonder. To get to tap into that source when things are hard. And @gillianwelchofficial is a big reason why I get to play a show tonight, so far away from where I started humming. Back in 2006 I had a couple of songs up on MySpace just for fun, and one morning the listening count had multiplied into crazy numbers. Gillian had put a link to my page on her page.
