This campaign is designed to help to de-stigmatize mental health and reveal that no matter how someone may present their life, they may be struggling and need help. I am one of those people. Before seeking help I stifled my emotions and compartmentalized feelings of sadness, regret, and guilt. Doing so made me feel lonely and out of touch. But thanks to organizations like MHC, which has reached over 1 billion people and helped 19 million connect to care and resources just last year, there’s no need to feel alone.
