Adriyan Rae Instagram – [ an abundant mindset ] just randomly sharing some thoughts in whatever order they come up. I really embody the knowing that abundance flows to and through me. Now, am I impervious to thoughts rooted in lack, or fears rooted in lack? Absolutely not, BUT the growth is first in the awareness of this. That ability to feel tension in my body and recognize intrusive thoughts and say “ where are these coming from” and once I do that, I can usually realize I’m either not wholly being present and/or pinpoint a trigger I have some awareness of. From there, I allow myself to be aware of my feelings without being reactionary to them. That’s the major key! Because hunny being reactionary is so easy! ( and often glorified in society (I find that many energy depleting things are glorified by society since *imo* many depend on others for their energy rather than getting theirs directly from source but that’s another post)) MY growth came in the ability to watch my emotions rise and fall. Switching from being apart of the waves to being an ever seeing observer on the beach. Taking my power back from all the things in the day I was willingly giving soooo much energy to that honestly in most cases wasn’t deserving. And transparently I find that there is so much power in the self discipline of knowing when to wait and when to act. (The answer is usually to wait if action doesn’t blare loudly from my gut) It’s so interesting how often I sit in calm, patient waiting and whatever I was having difficulty with works itself on its own. So I guess this is just a gentle reminder of how God is always working things out for our greater good. You just have to trust that. 💕🫶🏽 okay enough of my outward inner thoughtfulness for today.
