Alexis Krauss Instagram – I broke my shoulder/upper arm exactly 3 months ago today. Based on what I was told about what to expect regarding the speed and extent of my recovery I NEVER thought I’d be posting a video like this today.
It might just look like pregnant me standing at a lake lifting my arms above my head but damn it is SO much more. I mean I can barely tell watching this which shoulder is the bionic one! 🥹
At times these days, it’s easy to forget all the fear, intense pain, sleepless nights, tears and the relentless uphill struggle I endured. But those memories will always be with me. They’ve made me stronger and more ready to face adversity.
So here’s to lifting your arms above your head and smiling while you do it!
