Andrea Russett Instagram – i have learned so. much. in recovery. number one being that it is not and will never be linear. there will be days that make it seem effortless and there will be days that i have to take hour by hour, or even minute by minute. i’m learning a lot about being present and mindful. yesterday is gone and tomorrow is not yet here. all i can do is learn from yesterday what worked and what didn’t, to set me up for a better tomorrow. hope you’re all hangin in there. ♥️
