Despite it being a love-hate dance for sensitive hearts (like mine), I think that’s exactly why we must create with it. Through emotion we paint the way a memory feels—the desperation of wanting to keep something, the profound sense of longing. A reminder that we’re not alone in those feelings.
I think that’s why beauty often emerges in darkness. The hardest part is realizing the work, ready or unready, is worthy of being brought to light. 🕊️
