Anousha Instagram – I grew up with a truly luxurious lifestyle.
My Baba use to take us to his village and we would take a shower under a waterfall.He would tell us to scream and shout when we are under that cold water to change our energy! I ask you – what is more luxurious than that? My Maman would plant many veggies and we would only eat organic food.Is there something more luxurious than that? We had so many free spirited friends and we would hangout with them. They would teach us how to make bread or how to treat nature.We would dance around a fire, watch the stars and they would give us fresh dairy from their sheeps. I lived an authentic and luxurious life and that gives me the guidance to choose nature over anything. People go inside a building to talk to their god. I learned to go to Mother Nature and ask the creator to speak to me. Yesterday I asked, how can I help my limited mind? Then I closed my eyes and heard:Do you see the infinite sounds, tastes and beingness within me? You are that. Feel that space. Move from that space. Speak back to me from that space.

‎من خیلی لاکچری بزرگ شدم.
‎از لحظات لاکچریم بخوام بهتون بگم یکیش اینکه بابام ما رو میبرد زیر آب آبشار قلات، ده ای که توش بزرگ شده بود و ما اونجا دوش میگرفتیم بعد از یک پیاده روی سخت. بعد بهمون میگفت زیر این آب یخ داد بزنید جیغ بزنید – کاری که الان استادی به نام ویم هاف صدها هزار دلار میگیره به آدم ها در خانه قشلاقیش یاد میده که چطور انسان میتونه انرژیش رو با آب سرد و داد زدن تغییر بده.‎
از تجربه های لاکچری دیگم مادرم توی باغچمون سبزیجات میکاشت و به اورگانیک ترین حالت از محصولات خودمون استفاده کنیم.لاکچری تر از اون این بود که با عشایر ها دوست بودیم.به عروسی هاشون به چادرشون دعوت میشدیم و زندگی اصیل رو تجربه میکردیم.چندتا گوسفند برامون نگه میداشتن و ما همیشه لبنیات و روغن حیوانی اصل داشتیم. ‎هر کسی برای جواب سوالاتش به جای می‌ره
‎بعضی ها به مسجد، بعضی ها به کلیسا، بعضی ها به معبد – خلاصه وارد ساختمانی میشیم تا #هوشمندی را صدا بزنیم و من به طبیعت میروم برای پرسشهایم.
‎دیروز پرسیدم که چطور ذهن محدودکننده ام را کمک کنم؟ گفت به من نگاه کن. به بی نهایت تفاوتها و فرم های من نگاه کن- بیاد بیاور که تو تمام این ها هستی وفراتر. و حال از این نگاه جدید از این فضای جدید در قلبت من را بنگر دوباره… لاکچری تر از این؟
