Fun fact that @j.c.santos will probably kill me for 😂 we were always around each other when we were hurting in real life. We always had a movie, an episode, a music video to shoot. When he went through a break up, we were taping a break up scene for MMK, he didn’t want to cry. I got mad… hi ate @lindsayanne_official and @directfromncn 🙋🏻♀️ when I realized I had to move on, we were again taping for MMK in hong kong and we were eating Pad Thai forced down by a bottle of white wine each just before he flew back to Manila. When I went through the biggest pain I’ve felt in my life, we were filming On Vodka, Beers and Regrets…hi @ayrin 🙋🏻♀️ and @paoorendain and he watched me cry in our scenes knowing fully that I wasn’t crying for my character anymore but for myself. And he just looked at me with understanding. No words. I’m tearing up as I type this because I realise now why we work. We know pain. We know our pain and we know yours. Kaya kami mapanakit, kasi nakikita niyo yung sarili niyo samin. And at the end of the day, whether this is our last film or the 6th of a hundred films…we both know that we will always be around for each other and for you guys. ❤️ our new film is produced by @viva_films who started our pairing and saw something in the two of us that we didn’t see ourselves in 2017. Thank you boss Vincent @mamagrace314 and boss Vic for gifting us a friendship that will last a lifetime 🙂 and always, thank you, Kaps!

I had a growth spurt the summer I turned 15. I was 4’11 until 3rd year high school and returned at 5’6 in my senior year. And I was a cheerleader pretty much my whole life. But before that growth spurt… to be a cheerleader so tiny meant that there were times I would be made a “flyer.” I was always afraid of heights, and the funny thing about that is you’d be thrown so high up in the air that your breath just catches in your throat. But I was more afraid to tell anyone what my weakness was. One challenging practice day as a flyer, my knees were shaking so visibly and I just couldn’t land any of my falls properly. I was a dancer at heart not a flyer and I just wanted to do the floor routine. I knew it was exasperating for everyone but I didn’t want to quit. I walked back to my school bus in tears but I heard one cheerleader running after me-Lovi. She asked me if I was ok. And that was exactly what I needed at 14. And she was always very intuitive about these things. Lovi and I went very different paths in our careers. We all know that our industry is very cutthroat and that the competition is intense. But we never vied for the same roles or stayed in the same place. From time to time in the last 15 years, I would see Lovi and we would catch up and kind of give each other a progress report, if you will 😂 and we were both moving steadily towards our respective goals.
It seems like we unintentionally drift in and out of each others lives but this milestone was something I loved to see. Her wedding is the lightest, most fun but genuine one I’ve been to. Their vows were perfect, the speeches, heartwarming…and the dance floor was full till they cut the music at Cliveden House. Even when it rained during the ceremony, people stayed until she and Monty took cover. And it was so nice to be a spectator on a moment so special.
I don’t think I ever got to say thank you to Lovi for asking me how I was that day in 2004. Thank you, Lovi. For being a genuinely lovely person. And thank you for letting us into this love story that is just about to get better and better. Wishing you and Monty the happiest of happy days ahead ❤️❤️❤️ @lovipoe @montyblencowe

There’s a summer opera yearly at @holland_park but I didn’t feel like sitting alone through 3 hours of it so I enjoyed it while walking around the park 🙈 It was so beautiful and peaceful at the park today, I love the curated tulips on the garden at spring but the wildflowers in summer just feel different 🥹❤️

Perfect weekend in Switzerland 🇨🇭
I’ve been coming back regularly since 2017, but this activity was a first 😂 I highly recommend the toboggan ride in Mt. Pilatus! You can either hike up the mountain or take the funicular like we did and line up for a fun toboggan ride! They have so many other cool activities to try too, I just really wanted to go for this one 😂❤️
PS: My @thenorthfaceph @thenorthface jacket and sneakers were perfect for this day! 🥹
I have a new home in Seoul! 🥹❤️ loved staying in @uh_suite It’s in Eulji-ro, surrounded by soooo many cafes, hip restaurants, convenience stores and the best part-olive young 😂 it’s also a 5 minute walk from the Seoul station so you can use the underground or take day trips/longer trips outside Seoul!
What I loved so much about UH Suites are 1.) the space. It’s so hard to find hotels/serviced apartments that have a lot of space and storage (this is a big deal for me because I like hanging my clothes/seeing what I brought for my trips!)
2.) the staff are sooo friendly and accommodating! They’re also available anytime through WhatsApp if we had questions. A few of them even helped us have chicken delivered by ordering for us 🥹 super sweet!
3.) it’s central. This is also a big must for me when travelling. Specially in countries where I don’t speak their language. I need to feel comfortable in getting around whether I’m with friends or alone.
4.) they have every type of room for your needs. Since we were a group of 4, we decided to take a bigger suite but they have smaller suites for couples too and a suite that has an indoor spa if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday! (Trying this next time 😂)

Tried something new this weekend! Watched the @chelseafc vs @liverpoolfc match at the Chelsea football club and I enjoyed it sooo much! Growing up in Manila, where basketball was our favourite sport, I’d go to basketball games before and just enjoy the energy of the fans and it felt just like that this weekend! The songs, the smell of chicken, chips and hotdogs, blue slushies for kids and the sun on my face was perfect ❤️ Thank you for the tickets, kuya Jay @jayrh714 ! 🤗
