Lower back pains usually start because of stiffened muscles due to long hours of sitting, weakened hamstrings, underworking glutes. This exercise helps in increasing the flexibility, helping mobility. Kepp your back in nuetral position, with the core tight and push your hips back as you go down.
However, do ask your physio before you do this. Do not do this exercise if lower back is injured or the pain persists.
