I’m loving the realization that’s coming to me these days. 💡 Having self-awareness in the process of growth in developing a stronger mindset is crucial. Being strongly aware of my strengths and weaknesses, understanding my feelings and knowing how to articulate them, recognizing others feelings, and learning from my mistakes and having a strong will to do better… So within that process it’s easier to establish what’s good for me and what’s not, what I allow and what I don’t, creating boundaries, having discipline and making the best decisions. It takes a lot of self-work. Removing the ego, pride and fear. Living only by faith. Nonetheless, as time goes by you generate a clear mind, become more intentional, positive, see things on the brighter side, and develop gratitude.
