As a child of the 70’s, today’s hip-hop style is by far my greatest challenge (dance wise 😉) but I enjoy a challenge, and when I’m so focused on steps and arms, time goes by so fast, and the “workout” is over before I know it…which honestly, is not always a good thing, as many of us in class would like to to keep dancing beyond the 45 minutes .
It just doesn’t feel like work, when it’s this enjoyable.
