Francia Raísa Instagram – The external work is just as important as the internal. I’ve been in therapy for the last 9 years and I am so proud of how far I’ve come internally but it wasn’t reflected in my home or when I looked in the mirror. I didn’t understand the concept of having your home be your safe space and sanctuary. I was honestly living in chaos and leggings. I still love my leggings don’t get me wrong but I enjoy putting myself together everyday now and creating a home I enjoy. Although, I hope to never go through renovations like I am now it’s been fun getting to know this side of myself ☺️
