Helga Krapf Instagram – 1/2 of 2023. That was fast. 🥹🪬 . . . A lot of you noticed how it has been a bit slow and also quiet here, its due to me having to deal with some health issues since late last year. I got gaslighted by one of my doctors over here so I suffered a few more months until I finally got a diagnosis in April when I flew to the Philippines. Nothing serious or life threatening but the physical and mental symptoms are exhausting. I did another round of labs last month to check if meds are working. Was also studying for something while all this was happening. 😵‍💫 So there. I’m consciously trying to stay positive tho and I am thankful for how blessed Amelie and I are. 🥰🥰🥰 Sending love, light, and healing to anyone who might need it. ✨🌝
