Izabella Miko Instagram – As you know my main focus on a daily basis is my deep inner work but twice a year I do a series of treatments for my face and body 🙌 at @klinikamiracki That was my first stop when I arrived to Warsaw this week 🙂 They’ve been taking such good care of me there for 12 years! Yes creams, right diet and minimal stress are crucial when it comes to the way you look, but to be totally honest doing a series of laser treatments/hifu and mesotherapy is where the magic happens. You really can’t get the same results alone at home 🤷🏼♀️ Some of these treatments require you to wait to see the effects, as they stimulate your body to produce more of your own collagen, but I believe it’s absolutely worth it, especially if you want to maintain your natural look rather than change anything. I share my experiences with these treatments in my stories. I try to be as real with you guys as possible. Haha!
