Getting older is hard; happinesses doesn’t come as easy as it used to, responsibilities are heavier than ever, and emotions need to be handled otherwise they don’t just affect you, they affect your closest people. Sometimes you just need to release it all, I’m grateful dance does this for me 🥰 so this is a reminder to wiggle out all that anxiety, and get in tune with your physical body💕
