what does it mean to ‘pray with out ceasing’? not that we could be eyes closed, on bended knee 24 hours a day. it’s more like at all times, keeping a posture of prayer. turning to God through out the day as he walks beside me. just like best friends giving each other that knowing look when the vibe in a room is off. there’s a silent acknowledgment between us when ive taken a wrong step or said something i shouldn’t have. a father-daughter like fist bump before a big moment. or a quick cry in the car when i just can’t hold it together anymore. and when you’re in it, the peace exceeds your realities. to pray with out ceasing is simply to never, ever be alone. and what better company than the God of the universe.🤝
