Juliette Motamed Instagram – It’s taken me a while to post about this show because i fully needed a moment to digest it find the words. it always feels like a little miracle when people enjoy my music; there’s an intimacy to it, something that brings us closer to each other. When those moments happen, i savour them like delicious little treats. This show was something else entirely; it was Pure Connection, a Banquet. it’s so rare to perform in a room filled with so many Irani ppl and farsi-zaban ppl, and an altogether head-busting soul-feeding experience to sing a Googoosh song and watch as everyone lay their hands on their chests, closed their eyes, swayed, and sang along with me. i’ll never forget it‼️
