Tory’s words hit home, “Remember the power of saying ‘NO’.”
As a founder, and especially a chronically ill founder, it was a very necessary reminder.
Entrepreneurship bombards us with opportunities but living with a chronic illness has (forcibly) taught me the value and power of prioritization.
It’s not about chasing every opportunity, but about finding the right ones that align with my long-term goals.
It’s about cultivating a sustainable and fulfilling entrepreneurial journey, where self-care is not compromised but embraced as a vital part of the process.
Saying ‘NO’ is not a sign of weakness or defeat; rather, it allows us to align our actions ensuring that every ‘YES’ is intentional, purposeful, and aligned to our vision.
