Kelley Jakle Instagram – What a day! Today marks 3 years since I launched my Patreon. This platform has allowed me a safe space to create music, a direct connection to a supportive community of folks who want to hear it, and the ability to work with artists I admire AND pay them for their contributions. It helped me survive as an artist during the pandemic when productions shut down, and it continues to help me now. I have released 25 covers and original songs over the past three years (almost all exclusive to the platform) and lengthy behind-the-scenes videos explaining how each song was made. The best part? I’ve spent about 40 hours in meaningful Zoom hangs with my patrons and gotten the chance to meet some truly beautiful souls.
