Kelsey-Lee Barber Instagram – Post training snack for the week. Berry, oat and protein muffins.

Ingredients:
95g oats
150g AP flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 scoops @trueprotein vanilla whey protein
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup oil
1 cup berries

1. Mix together dry ingredients
2. Mix together wet ingredients
3. Add wet ingredients to dry and combine
4. Add berries and mix
5. Fill muffin cups
6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 12-14 mins

I’m still tweaking the recipe but these are yum!
