Lana Parrilla Instagram – Today I volunteered with @thisisabouthumanity and was able to prepare meals in their relief kitchen opened in partnership with @icfdn and @fundaciontijuanasinhambre – they are providing 3,100 meals each day to children and families to 19 shelters at the US – Mexico border, and are on track to 1 million meals a year – because everyone deserves a hot meal. Migrant children continue to arrive at the border at a rapid pace. Today I met students at @YesWeCanWF the first bilingual school program at the US-MX border providing migrant children full time education and safe spaces throughout their migrant journey. At Yes We Can migrant children are cared for regardless of their legal status. This back to school season please keep in mind children at the border and their right to education.
