@canyonglutenfree bread, #toasted and smeared with homemade babaganoush (eggplant, @soomfoods tahini, garlic, lemon juice, evoo) 🍆🧄🍋. I then made up this yummy tomato and corn salsa with cilantro!
…then I ate it again 2 hours later 😂
