If you’re a solo girly like me use one stalk of lettuce, quarter pound of turkey (from the deli counter not pre packaged!) about of quarter of an onion, one mini cucumber, & really as much of whatever you want! Since I made this on a whim all I had was olive oil & balsamic for dressing but you can totally use/make an Italian dressing! No “cooking” required 🤷🏼‍♀️🤌🏼🍃
