Lauren Luthringshausen Instagram – LE Pasta Al Limone with meal prepped chicken 🍋 perfect way to end summer 🥹 details:
Pasta:
1 pound of Bucatini (I prefer it to spaghetti)
5-6 tablespoons butter
2 Lemons – the juice & zest
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup Pecorino (I prefer to cook with Pecorino over Parm because it’s saltier)
2 pinches of garlic (after you add the zest forgot to film it & optional)
Splash of pasta water to thin
Salt & Pepper to your liking
Place pasta in sauce & serve with more Pepper,Parmesan, & Zest

Chicken:
4 breasts butterfly cut or pounded out
Big splash of olive oil
One lemon of juice
Splash of butter milk: The natural acidity of the buttermilk tenderizes the meat, and also adds a tangy flavor to the chicken.
Garlic, Salt, Pepper
Let sit in fridge for at least 20min or overnight
I air fry or grill
