Louise delos Reyes Instagram – I never imagined myself being in this position, thank you for this wonderful opportunity @apca_philippines. To @yohannpngn, for always assisting me and for giving me this once in a lifetime chance to learn pastry. To our dear Chef’s, Chef @verge_iral, @ajie_segubiense, @k.angelica_hong, @beatrixcodina, @dana.lcsmna, @gianaguirre, @mkdedios thank you for all the patience, guidance and knowledge that you all have given us. Never kayo raging madamot and we really appreciate that. We don’t say it too often or maybe not at all but we are really blessed the we learned from the best. To my batch mates, from being total strangers to messaging each other at 1AM talking about Brioche. The past week has been difficult but we power through. Thank you for understanding my shortcomings. Our time at @apca_philippines has been a blend of sweat, laughter, flour, and countless dishes. The memories we’ve baked together will forever be in my heart. I will miss our lunch dates here, our oven train, our morning breakfast, I will miss everyone asking “who needs milk, who needs butter?” “nakaorder na kayo?” Lastly, thank you @jinob08 for always believing in me and pushing me to be a better person and student. Thank you for always reminding me that its okay to fail, that not everyday is a good baking day. Thank you for always setting my alarm whenever I forget to do before bed time and for tucking me in when I fall asleep at the edge of our bed. Here’s to the future, to the memories we hold dear, and to the joy that comes from both baking and making friends. Congratulations again to us!
