Lucy Davis Instagram – I bought this light that projects onto the ceiling. It makes me feel like I don’t have a bedroom ceiling and could float into space if I wanted (whichI do). I love it so much. I’ll meditate with it on as well. It also has sounds you can play like thunderstorms or white noise etc. It has different color lights and movement patterns. It’s from the Rossetta Store.
