Amorfate means I love my fate … every moment say this to urself and u will see tat u don’t get pulled down 2. Self control & discernment: remind urself tat u r only unhappy because u r trying to control tat which is out of ur control and in the process u don’t do anything about wat u can control , to know the difference is wisdom and discernment 3. Momento more : means meditate upon death, remind urself of the impermanence of everything then the the things tat bother u don’t seem large… and you can always be happy ❤️❤️❤️🙏 Mumbai, Maharashtra
