Mariam Ansari Instagram – All you need is a vision to make a dream come to reality! Owais & I started our Fitness studio last month and needless to say the response has been overwhelming! Our Vision was not just to conduct a Bootcamp class but to spread the knowledge we learnt over the years and share it with our clients to help them achieve their goals consistently and long term. We’re not here to promote shortcuts but to endorse a lifestyle and how to consistently maintain it! We aim the same for our classes for kids, to encourage them, discipline them through the skills they are here to learn and culminate them into reaching their full potential eventually leading them into participating on national level!
We not only provide various programs and classes but also curate diet plans for each individual & teach them how to reach their nutrition goals effectively!
