I have found that the people you surround yourself with are as important to artistic success (and sanity) as everything you yourself bring to the table, not least of which is that burning, at-times inexplicable passion from deep within that urges you in even the darkest moments to “never give up, never surrender!”
I cannot wait to get back to work, to get back to doing what I love with a supremely talented cast & crew of storytellers. Until then, a life of uphill hustling has primed all us working actors & writers for this moment. However long they think we can go, we can go longer. Because the future of our industry is at stake. Because we deserve fair contracts, respect, transparency, and living wages for the work we do and the stories we look forward to getting back to telling.
