Mette Towley Instagram – My VAN GOGH sessions took me from London with @jonnylattimer to Paris with @mikesabath. I wrote the lyrics as a ‘message in a bottle’ to my future muse. . . then realized that muse was within me. Mike and I wanted to record actual whipped cream for verse 2. . . I ran to the corner store near @rue.boyer (studios) and grabbed 4 cans of ready whip then proceeded to spray it into my mouth in the booth. LOL! Mike also had a trick to use dish gloves to get the perfect ‘clap’ sound. . . yes, this a true story! I’m reading all the beautiful messages about how VAN GOGH is making you all feel . . .
