Black ballet dancers have been told it’s not “our” art form, that are our bodies and technique are not “refined” enough. Art is for everyone. Dance and ballet is for everyone. Its a universal language that should unify us! ❤️

The Boys & Girls Club is where I discovered my love for ballet and provided a home away from home for me as a kid. I’m so honored to bring the Be Bold program to give these dancers an opportunity to fall in love with ballet the same way I did. @mistycopelandfdn 💜
Always own who you are! ❤️ Meeting Raven and hearing her stories as a Black woman in a predominately white ballet world completely shifted my perspective and purpose.
The very start of our art collection began with this piece from the incredible @ndidi_emefiele. It was so important for us to have Black artists lining our walls and this ended up being our son Jackson’s absolute favorite ❤️ I’m so excited to start this new series, tag your favorite Black artist below👇
I’m so excited about the women’s line launching with @greatnesswins. To be a founder alongside @derekjeter and @waynegretzky, and working with @chris.riccobono has been such an incredible experience!
