Ricki Lake Instagram – All right, friends, please indulge me for just a minute…. I have to celebrate and share. Today is our One Year Anniversary!!!!!! To say Ross and I have had the time of our lives this year, would be an understatement. Despite all the madness in the outside world, the chaos and uncertainty, along with the sudden loss of my beloved companion, Mama on April 26th, our little bubble has been in a state of continued bliss. Grounded euphoria, we call it. It’s wild. How easy it can be. Okay, granted I’m writing this post a bit stoned, and feeling particularly introspective. It’s just that Ross ♥️ and I should never have met. In no way would our separate circles has collided, as we are such different people from different worlds The fact that we met through a friend (thx Gem!) during the height of a global pandemic, while I was in another relationship and he wasn’t really looking for one, our paths did cross, and it is magic. We are magic. Here we are in our mid 50’s, our 6 kids grown and out of the house and we feel like kids ourselves. Every night is a sleepover and each sunset 🌅 together on our sacred land is one to celebrate and have reverence for. I love sharing our story of love especially after sharing all that I’ve been through. This relationship is really what I was looking for. After losing my beloved Christian almost 6 years ago. I honestly didn’t think I would find him. That special soul. Well, I did. And do and I do and I do. Ross, my gentle giant, you are the best man I have ever known. I love you so much. Being your partner is one of the greatest joys of my life. You are what I have dreamed of. I have always believed in love, and kept my heart open, experienced great love and yet, this one is so so different. Next level. Maybe it’s because we both really love ourselves and know we deserve it. Happy Anniversary my love! ♥️🌅✨♥️
