I had decided not to give importance and react to a fake news video again and again, but this seems necessary now. I’m a human being and I’ve heard and had enough! We live in a civil society and no one can just go around defaming anyone like this!
As a journalist, it’s the reporters duty to check the authenticity of the video they are publishing. Since that was not done and a fake news was spread to defame me, I was forced to take legal action against these video creators who posted videos without checking facts and sensationalised a fake story purely to gain views. Soon most of these creators will be dealt with.
Meanwhile, I sincerely request all of you who come across this video to please report it. Let the truth prevail. We need to stop the spread of such fake “news” videos.
These video creators, Instead of helping someone, they kept using this old frail lady for their own benefit.. kept interviewing her over and over again & forcing her to talk! That poor lady doesn’t even know the name of her own daughter..she is so old! Kept calling her “gunjan ki mummy” . No one bothered to find out who gunjan ki mummy or which actress she is talking about. Blindly believing something a really old person is saying. I guess when that happens in old age, it should be dealt with sensitively and humanely. Research should have been done. She should have been helped. But no one did that! All I ask is.. Who Gunjan? Thats not even my name! It was my characters name! How can a mother not know her own daughters real name? Nonetheless..Heaven knows who her daughter is, if at all, and I pray she finds her soon. These video creators made a mockery and money off her misery! It breaks my heart to have witnessed this 💔
