Our friend working there for the last 8 years says it’s a very rare sighting.. one of the best ones he’s ever seen!
We were given a special ride at the end of the day. And the Sun just shone after a fully cloudy day staring right at the Three Sisters & Blue mountains for literally just these 5 mins.
And to top that.. the rainbow came out!
It was magic! @australia has been magnificent so far! 🤞🤍🌸

Food is a big part of travel anywhere but especially to Australia. My travel bud and culinary fiend Sayani is a big Masterchef fan. Our itinerary hence is peppered with some of the best restaurants. The first one on the list was @mrniland’s @saintpeterpaddo. The evening began with a personalised note from the chef ❤️ and things just flowed after that into a heady mix of the best wine, service (we did a lot of “thanks chef” “yes chef” “Omg chef”), flavour blasts like we have never tasted before and like it happens when you experience all things of beauty, happiness and tears.
Food is art. Food is legacy. Food creates the most magical communities.
Thank you team @mrniland for giving us an unforgettable evening. This note or the visuals don’t even come close to the experience.
