Meeting the acid attack victims made me realise that now, they are more than the people they were before the incident happened. They showed me the people they are, now. People who despite being burned by hatred, learnt to smile, celebrate, find joy. Survive. Most even forgave. While their attackers got married. Started a family.. Having felt a very small percentage of what they go through while playing Parul made me question myself again and again that why do we do this to anyone? HOW can we let anyone do THIS? When will we STOP?! How bad does it have to get to take us to ACT?! Sirf chere ki baat nahi hai. Baat nazar ki hai. Sapno ki hai. Aaney waley kal ki hai.
