Not my first “go-to” when looking for movement & building strength.
BUT! Lately I’ve been craving (yes. “Craving.”) a shake-up to the daily routine & I wondered if I could coax you lot to join me?
We could make it a daily check-in. I post a photo connected to my daily run 🫠🥴🥵😓, and you lot reply with a ✋🏽 or however you want to respond.
We can try it for three/four weeks & tag it #AFitterFunnerMe.
