Tiffany Hines Instagram – Packing in that Protein! Getting adequate protein is so important during my 12 week fitness challenge! Since I’m eating in a deficit, I want to make sure my body burns body fat and not the lean muscle I’ve been working so hard to build. I do that 2 ways:
1: I continue lifting heavy sending a signal to my body that the muscle is essential and to burn the fat instead and

2: I keep my protein high so it supports the anabolic muscle building process.

Here’s an example of how I pack protein into my first meal of the day! In addition to my breakfast, I also add a scoop of @corenutritionals Iso Chocolate Decadence Protein powder to my coffee!
