Vickie Howell Instagram – I often get subscribers apologetically telling me how they’re “behind on their [YarnYAY!] box projects”. I try to ensure them that it is not a race. It’s really important to me that my business be a source of self-care and creative inspiration, and not yet another thing that makes people feel like they’re not doing enough.
YarnYAY! boxes aren’t about when or even if you get the respective projects done. They’re about supporting small businesses while bringing you cool, beautiful items with the intent of putting a smile on your face. If you love finishing projects every month, then awesome! If you just enjoy any part of the process of knitting or crocheting our patterns, then wonderful! If just simply receiving, opening, and gazing at the yarns and goodies is great for you, then it’s great for us! You do you, at your own pace. This is not a race.
