![Yumi Stynes Instagram – Last night I had a dream I was working in a restaurant as one of the cold larder cooks and IT WAS GREAT 😊.
I haven’t worked in a restaurant kitchen since before I started at Channel [V] but I still remember the physical work, the energy, loud banter, sense of camaraderie and play. (There aren’t many workplaces where you get to play…!)
Nowadays I’m playing in my home kitchen and in the podcast studio making cookbooks and food/cooking podcasts with @simonnpdavis called @5minutefoodfix. I love this recipe because the “cobbler” topping is supposed to remind us of the cobblestoned streets of Europe 🌍. Didn’t get to holiday there this year? Me either 🤣 lol sob. Haha.
