In previous pile-ons I was so disgusted by the messages that my first instinct was to delete and block, which I did. But on reflection I wished 1). I’d held those people accountable 2). I’d kept a record of the abuse. Because you wouldn’t believe what some people will say. Even the people themselves sending the messages I think – they forget. Just some pithy abuse, seeya. I get lots of supportive, amazing messages 🤗 and sometimes, with permission, I post those. Thank you for messaging me those kinds of words! I’m not looking for attention or sympathy. Airing these out.
